The pre-conference Satellite Workshops provide a platform to discuss topical research questions, novel scientific approaches, and challenges in Computational Neuroscience and related fields.

Workshops addressing controversial issues, open problems, and comparisons of competing approaches are encouraged. Ideally, the format should foster extensive discussion and debate rather than consist of a mere series of talks. To ensure that the Satellite Workshops foster lively discussions and include a variety of perspectives, it is crucial that speakers are available beyond their own presentation slots. When recruiting speakers for your workshop, we strongly advise taking this into consideration and confirming with prospective speakers that they are available to participate in these discussions.

Proposals are welcome for either half-day or full-day workshops

Selection criteria for workshop proposals will include scientific excellence, topical relevance, and diversity aspects of the selected speakers, e.g. gender or career level.

To submit your proposal, follow the registration link below. Please use the speakers list template in the materials section below

Submissions can be modified until April 29, 2026 at 15:00 CEST.
