Purpose of data processing
The JSC collects data for the purpose of registration for participation in the JSC event: natESM Technical Training Nov 2024.
Photos and film recordings of the event will subsequently be used for documentation and public relations purposes (websites, brochures, etc.).
Legal basis for data processing
The fields marked with an * are mandatory fields that are required for the registration process. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to take part in the event. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Fields that are not marked with an * are fields that you can fill in voluntarily. By filling in the voluntary fields, you give us permission to store and process this data exclusively for the purpose of registration. The legal basis for processing in these cases is Art. 6, para. 1, lit. a GDPR (consent of the data subject).
Data recipients and categories of data recipients
The registration data is collected and processed by the JSC via https://indico3-jsc.fz-juelich.de.
Full name, e-mail address and institute affiliation are required for registration.
Beyond this, no data will be passed on to third parties.
